Responsible for smoothing out, leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete.

Operates a truck carrying various fuels, oils, greases and filters. Must have knowledge of and is responsible for the correct oiling and greasing and changing of filters on equipment according to manufacturers’ specifications. Uses compressed air grease guns, wrenches, and other tools. May make adjustments to clutches, brakes and other mechanical items.

This position is responsible for safely transporting various aggregates and materials to and from job sites and other asphalt and cement facilities throughout East Texas.

Operates a crawler or rubber-tired machine mounted with an excavator bucket. Used for excavating ditches, structures and mass excavations, laying pipe and precast concrete structures, loading trucks and placing rock riprap. May also be equipped with various hydraulic attachments. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed.

The Area Manager manages multiple projects for a designated region to ensure they are strategically planned and successfully executed with proper resources, budgets and upmost safety.

Operates motor grader. Performs many of the same duties of Motor Grader, Rough, but in addition performs finish grade work to bluetops or other close specification control. This work is subject to strict inspection and must conform closely to specifications. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed.

Concrete laborers set up the forms in which concrete is poured. They install rebar or wire mesh to reinforce the material, use trowels and other tools to spread and smooth concrete, and mold expansion joins and edges.

This job requires the operational efficiency of concrete plants by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on equipment. Duties include inspecting, repairing and maintaining equipment to minimize downtime.

This position is responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance as well as troubleshoot and make necessary repairs both in the shop. Equipment includes but not limited to; crawler cranes, dozers, skid loaders, wheel loaders, dump trucks, tractor trailers, excavators, and various other heavy highway construction equipment as well as some small engines.

The Concrete Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple concrete production facilities. This role ensures optimal plant performance, profitability, safety compliance, and workforce development. The manager will lead operational strategy, maintenance programs, inventory planning, and personnel management to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be employed by MAC Materials, LLC.

MAC Transportation, LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Truck Dispatcher to coordinate the daily operations of our commercial vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience supporting highway construction, bridge construction, aggregate hauling, or ready-mix concrete operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient fleet and driver utilization.

MAC Materials is seeking an individual to operate a mobile impact crusher, ensuring safe and efficient production. Perform repairs and troubleshooting on the mobile impact crusher and other heavy equipment as needed. Performs other related duties.
