Concrete Finishers
Responsible for smoothing out, leveling and finishing freshly poured concrete.
CDL Class A Driver
This position is responsible for safely transporting various aggregates and materials to and from job sites and other asphalt and cement facilities throughout East Texas.
Area Manager - Texarkana
The Area Manager manages multiple projects for a designated region to ensure they are strategically planned and successfully executed with proper resources, budgets and upmost safety.
Concrete Laborer
Concrete laborers set up the forms in which concrete is poured. They install rebar or wire mesh to reinforce the material, use trowels and other tools to spread and smooth concrete, and mold expansion joins and edges.
Common Laborer
This position performs a variety of manual duties and tasks on multiple projects.
Mixer/Utility Driver - Texarkana
This position is responsible for transporting concrete from to various job locations. May spend time working on one job or may be transferred from task to task as project progresses to completion. This position will be employed by MAC Transportation.
Mixer/Utility Driver - Nacogdoches
This position is responsible for transporting concrete from to various job locations. May spend time working on one job or may be transferred from task to task as project progresses to completion. This position will be employed by MAC Transportation.
Automotive Mechanic - Big Sandy
The Automotive Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have expertise in general maintenance, automotive repair, automotive electrical systems, vehicle diagnostics and maintenance, as well as possess strong mechanical knowledge. This position will be employed by MAC Transportation.
Field Mechanic - East Texas
This position is responsible for scheduling and performing preventative maintenance as well as troubleshoot and make necessary repairs both in the shop and field. Equipment includes but not limited to; paving equipment, crawler cranes, dozers, skid loaders, wheel loaders, excavators, and various other heavy highway construction equipment as well as some small engines.
Service Lube Technician Helper
Operates a truck carrying various fuels, oils, greases and filters. Must have knowledge of and is responsible for the correct oiling and greasing and changing of filters on equipment according to manufacturers’ specifications. Uses compressed air grease guns, wrenches, and other tools. May make adjustments to clutches, brakes and other mechanical items.
Asphalt Supervisor
The Asphalt Supervisor is responsible for all on-site management and field personnel for several projects, from inception to completion. The Asphalt Manager understands plans and schedules; coordinating and managing both personnel and materials to prevent delays, complete projects on time, on budget and to specification.
Roller Operator, Asphalt
Operates a self-propelled machine with either steel wheels or pneumatic tires which is used to compact and smooth all bituminous materials. May oil, grease or otherwise service and make necessary adjustments to equipment as required.
Asphalt Paving Machine Operator
Operates paving and surface equipment to spread and level asphaltic concrete on highway subgrade. Controls movement of machine, raises and lowers screed, regulates width of screed. May oil, grease, service and make adjustments to equipment as needed.
